What colour type am I?
Ever wondered why the colours that look stunning on models don’t always have the same effect when you try them on? When shopping in-store or online, everything may seem perfect, but once you put on your new clothes at home, the results can be disappointing.
Why do some colours flatter others but not you? The answer lies in knowing your colour type. By understanding which colours suit you best, you can confidently choose shades that enhance your natural beauty and make you truly shine!
What are colour types?
Each of us has colours that complement our features and others that don’t. The easiest way to determine which colours suit you best is through a colour analysis. This process looks at the natural tones of your skin, hair, and eyes to identify which colours will enhance your appearance. The right colours can highlight your best features, making imperfections like puffiness or fatigue less noticeable.
Colour types are categorized into four seasonal groups: Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. These seasonal types provide insights into whether warm or cool tones suit you better, whether you should opt for light or dark shades, and whether bright or muted colours work best for you. By understanding your colour type, you can create combinations that make you feel and look your best!

Explanation Colour types
Winter types tend to have dark hair and dark eye colour. The eyes can be brown, but also blue or some sort of green. When a winter type turns grey it looks silver grey. Winter types are beautiful in cool, bright colours like black, navy, muscle white, bright red, fuchsia or royal blue.
Summer types are often lighter in hair colour such as ash blonde or medium blonde hair and often light blue or grey eyes. Usually, summer types don’t have a lot of colour in their skin but sometimes there is some redness visible. Summer types are beautiful in cool, soft colours like pink, lilac, sea green but also blue and grey.

Spring types are also the blonde types but their hair colour often has a golden sheen and sometimes they have freckles and peachy cheeks. On them, beige, camel, creamy white, coral and turquoise look very nice again.
Autumn types have warm brown hair and green or brown eyes. Autumn types also can have freckles with some redness in the skin or an ivory colour. Colours such as green, brown, orange, camel, petrol, tomato red and salmon look beautiful on autumn types.
